"Embrace yourself as you are. Celebrate yourself as you long to be."
-Mary Anne Radmacher
Do you find yourself thinking – "Wow, this is not the way I thought my life would be...?" If so, you are not alone. Life is so hectic and demanding these days it is easy to feel disconnected from your relationships and the life you dream of having. By accepting yourself as you are and striving to change the things that are holding you back you can improve the way you relate to friends, family and co-workers. Through awareness and acceptance of yourself you can find a sense of peace and contentment.
My goal is to provide a relaxed, encouraging environment where you can feel heard, understood, and completely accepted. Together we will identify the unique strengths you possess that will help you get from where you are – to where you would like to be.
Please contact me at (404)702-6227 or hphillips@connectionsatl.com for a complimentary phone consultation. Daytime and Evening appointments are available.
